November News and Events

Writing Workshops

Celebrate National Novel Writing Month at our “A Night of Writing Dangerously” events featuring 15-minute burst writing sessions, light refreshments, and talks from several notable local authors and Louisiana Poet Laureate Gina Ferrara.

Whether you're penning your first novel or simply seeking creative inspiration, bring your laptop or notebook to the Slidell Branch on November 5th or the Madisonville Branch on November 10th (both events start at 6 p.m.) to connect with fellow writers and spark your creativity!
